I ordered a book but my credit card company put a hold on the purchase thinking this was a scam. I said this was a legitimate purchase so they would release the hold. I contact Wolterskluwer Co. to explain and provided my payment info to them. They asked if I wanted this book electronically which I said no to but supposedly I had chosen this selection in error. They corrected my error and proceeded with the transaction. I found them pleasant to deal with and helpful.
