This week, I was happy to help kick off Pride Month at Frito-Lay. As part of the event which was organized by our EQUAL employee resource group, we celebrated the raising of the rainbow flag at PepsiCo sites around the globe as a symbol of allyship and to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community.
